What does change mean to us? It’s a child’s first day at school, a woman taking bold steps toward leadership, or a young person uncovering their hidden potential. Since 2020, the Synthesis Foundation has been making these moments of transformation a reality. By strengthening healthcare, enriching education, and unlocking skills, we’re not just changing lives we’re shaping a better tomorrow. Together with you, we’re proving that when communities rise, the future becomes limitless.

At Synthesis Foundation, we believe that change begins with small, intentional steps—steps that have the power to turn hardships into hope and isolation into opportunity. Our purpose lies in connecting hands and hearts to build a future where education, healthcare, empowerment, and skills aren’t privileges but rights.

Igniting Potential
We believe that each individual possesses enormous potential that has yet to be realised. Frequently, barriers such as a lack of resources, education, or support dim the light. Synthesis Foundation's mission is to break down those barriers and create opportunities for potential to flourish. Because when one person thrives, it sparks change in those around them.

A Healthier Tomorrow
More than just survival, health is the foundation for a dignified and strong life. For many, basic healthcare remains a distant hope, with its absence impacting entire communities. We work relentlessly to make healthcare accessible, empowering individuals to lead healthier lives, because thriving communities pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.

Empowering Voices
Women and young people transform the world when they discover their voices. However, many continue to be silenced due to customs or circumstances. Our goal is to elevate those voices & give people the abilities, self-assurance, & resources they need to spearhead change. Because empowerment is about causing ripples that change societies, not just about lifting oneself.

Bridging the Gap in Education
Education is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. But for many, it feels like an unreachable dream. Through training programmes, schools, or resources, we are dedicated to bringing education closer to those who have been left behind. A better, more equitable tomorrow is one step closer with each lesson learnt today.

Planting the Seeds of Possibilities
Opportunities are created, nurtured, and disseminated rather than simply showing up. The core of our work is to help people enter opportunities they never believed were theirs by creating pathways where none existed. Because everyone deserves the chance to open the door when opportunity presents itself.

Developing a Connection
When communities unite in solidarity and support, they flourish. We build relationships that go beyond short-term requirements by approaching healthcare, education, and skill development holistically. It is about uplifting a sense of progress, community, and strength among all.

Sparking Futures,
One Skill at a Time
There was once only uncertainty and hopelessness in Meena’s hands. Dreams were a luxury she could not afford as a child growing up in a household of daily wage workers. But when she entered the Synthesis Foundation sponsored youth skilling programme, everything changed. Uncertainty was replaced by welding tools, and her quiet resolve became a glimmer of confidence. In addition to making money today, Meena is encouraging others to have faith in their own abilities. A single opportunity lit a path she thought she’d never walk.
Bringing Education
to Every Corner
In Aarav’s village, books were a luxury, and dreams were rarely spoken out loud. When computers arrived by Synthesis Foundation in association with AkshayaShakti Welfare Association, it was as if the entire community had taken a collective breath of fresh air. Aarav discovered science books and atlases, flipping through pages with wide-eyed wonder. One day, he told his teacher, “I’ll build a bridge across this river.” Education didn’t just reach Aarav it ignited him, and with him, the hopes of a community hungry for change.

Education
The World Bank reports that 55% of Indian children do not grasp the basics of reading by the end of primary school. In India, 2% of children in primary school do not attend school. With a 74% literacy rate, 25% of Indians lack even the most basic reading and writing abilities.

Healthcare
Good health shouldn’t be a privilege, yet millions are deprived of basic care. We make medical aid more accessible to those in greatest need with each initiative because life should never be limited by cost or distance.

Empowerment of Women
Although women are the backbone of communities, many are stifled by a lack of resources, opportunities, or a voice. Our goal is to equip them with the abilities, know-how, and self-respect necessary to take back their position as agents of change.

Youth Skilling
India's working population grew from 61% in 2011 to 64% in 2021 and is expected to reach 65% in 2036, according to the India Employment Report 2024, which was prepared in collaboration with the International Labour ...Organisation (ILO) and the Institute for Human Development. The percentage of young people engaged in economic activity, however, fell to 37% in 2022. Our goal is to close the gap here. By making skill development accessible, we enable the next generation to realise their potential and facilitate the strengthening of the country's economy.
